Before I get started, there are a couple things I need to say. First, be warned that there will be foul language. If you don't like it, don't read it. I will not respond to complaints about cursing. Yes, my son will be exposed to the foul language as well. He's almost 13 and he's heard it all. If a few F-bombs is all I have to worry about with him, I think we're ahead of the game. Second, I will be the first person to admit that I am not a great writer. I use spell check and I do my best with everything else. No grammar police allowed. Third and final, I will not be posting every day. Seriously, I have a day job and a kid. So here we go. I am doing this mostly as a tribute to Anthony Bourdain.
